I have the same effect. I take Niacin 500mg. After the flush I feel very calm, relaxed and (sometimes) tired. It also gives me very vivid dreams. But.. If I take it more than a couple of days in a row, it has opposite effect, making me stressy and anxious. I usually take it once a week.
